  2. Make ready Sherry wine
  3. Prepare Black Pepper

Instructions to make Chicken maximo:
  1. Add the adobo goya or salt, pepper, garlic to the chicken brst.
  2. After chicken is marinade add in the pot with spoon of olive oil and add the sherry wine(I use Half sherry wine bottle for 4 chicken brst)
  3. Add the mushrooms, sweet peppers let them boil until the chicken is cooked.
  4. When the chicken is cooked add the pasta sauce of you preference and the diced tomates
  5. In another pot cook the angel hair and add the broccoli to boil together.
  6. Cook the asparagus.
  7. When angel hair and broccoli are cooked serve on the plate and add on the top the chicken brst add the cheese and the asparagus by the side.
