Steps to make Sweet Potato Dessert:
  1. Wash potato properly and peel it and cut it into big size. Pressure cook for 2 whistle. Cool it and allow 2 minutes standing time. Once it is done. In a bowl. Combine mashed potato, maida, milk powder, a pinch of saffron, a pinch of salt, ghee and cardamom powder. Mixed…well. Knead a smooth dough. From the dough mixture. Make a small ball. Keep aside.
  2. Heat ghee in Kadai. Once the ghee is slightly hot…Start frying till it become light golden in colour. Once it is done keep aside.
  3. For sugar syrup : In a Kadai. Take 1/2 cup sugar and 1 cup water. Boil it till it become thick in consistency.
  4. Then add the pakora in sugar syrup. Soak for 1/2 an hrs. Till the sweet ball soak in sugar syrup or coated with sugar syrup.
  5. Once it is done. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with broken cashew nuts.Now it is Ready to serve.
