  7. Remove from the heat. If you want a completely smooth coulis you can sieve it (using a metal sieve so it doesn’t melt). I’ve left mine with some chunks in it. Once cooled, leave in an airtight container - it will easily last for 5 days. It can also be frozen. Enjoy!
