- Roast 3 tomatoes and 2 brinjals with slit cut on it and put garlic cloves in it
- On other side take wok… Put some mustard oil dn pinch of hing… Chopped onions.. after 2 mins add degi mirch, corrainder pwdr, grm msla, salt…
- When brinjals n tomatoes get roast.. put them in water.. whn it cools, peel the black part n mash
- Then put it in wok.. n cook it for 15 mins… In btw saute it n again cook..till oil saprates… Ur bharta is ready
- Garnish with coriander… Serve hot with curd n Chapati.. enjoy 😊
