- With oil, quickly pan fry the prawns till it is cooked. Set aside
- With oil, drop in the garlic, then the pepper and meat and cook for a little bit. Add a bit of water when the oil has dried up before dropping the vermicelli into the mix so the vermicelli will not stick to the pan.
